Leigh Creek Resort Booking Policy

To make your stay smooth and enjoyable, please take a moment to read our booking policy:

1. Booking Confirmation
• All bookings must be secured with a valid credit card at the time of reservation.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is processed.

2. Payment
• Full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS, and cash.

3. Cancellations and Changes
• Free cancellation if made at least 24 hours before your arrival date.
• If cancelled within 24 hours of arrival, a cancellation fee equal to one night’s stay may apply.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night.

4. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-in: From 2:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Late check-outs are available on request (subject to availability and may attract a fee).

5. Group Bookings
• Special terms may apply for group bookings (5 rooms or more).
• Please contact us directly for group rates and conditions.

6. Security Deposit
• A valid photo ID and a credit card pre-authorisation or cash bond may be required on check-in to cover incidentals.

7. Pets
• We are pet-friendly in selected rooms only.
• Please let us know at the time of booking if you are bringing a pet to ensure availability.
• Pets must be kept on a leash in public areas and must not be left unattended in rooms.
• A small cleaning fee may apply.

8. Smoking Policy
• All rooms and indoor areas are strictly non-smoking.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

9. Damage and Extra Cleaning
• Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or excessive cleaning caused during their stay.
• Additional charges may apply if needed.

1. Deposit at Booking
• A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
• In some cases (especially for group bookings, special events, or peak periods), a deposit may be required in advance.
• The deposit amount, if applicable, will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

2. Security Deposit at Check-In
• A security deposit may be required on arrival to cover any incidental charges, damages, or extra cleaning.
• This can be done by:
• A pre-authorisation on your credit/debit card, or
• A refundable cash deposit.

3. Refund of Security Deposit
• The security deposit will be released/refunded in full after check-out, provided no damage, loss, or excessive cleaning is required.

4. Important Notes
• If damage, loss, or cleaning charges apply, the cost will be deducted from your deposit or charged to your card.
• If the deposit is not sufficient to cover additional costs, you may be billed for the balance.

• You can cancel your booking free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date.

2. Late Cancellation

3. No-Shows
• If you do not arrive without cancelling, you will be charged for the first night of your stay.

4. How to Cancel

• A “no-show” means you did not arrive for your booking without informing us in advance.

2. Charges for No-Show
• If you do not arrive and do not cancel your booking, you will be charged the full amount for the first night of your stay.
• Any remaining nights may be cancelled automatically unless you contact us.

3. How to Avoid No-Show Charges
• If you’re delayed or your plans change, please call or email us as soon as possible.
• We are happy to assist with changes to your booking if we hear from you in time.

4. Special Bookings
• For group bookings, special events, or promotional rates, different no-show terms may apply (these will be outlined at the time of booking).

1. Children Stay Policy

• Children aged 0–2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding or a cot.

2. Extra Bedding
• Extra beds may be available for children at an additional charge.
• Please request extra beds at the time of booking to ensure availability.

3. Supervision
• For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times, especially in public areas like playground, and restaurant.

4. Room Occupancy
• Maximum room occupancy limits apply and include children.
• Please check the room description when booking to ensure the room fits your family comfortably.

5. Children’s Meals
• Children’s meal options are available at our restaurant.
• High chairs are available on request.

Late Check-In
• Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM.

• We can arrange a key pickup or self-check-in if needed.

Late Check-Out
• Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Need a little extra time? Ask us — we’ll do our best to help!
• Late check-out until 12:00 PM may be available for free, depending on availability.
• Check-out after 12:00 PM may attract a small fee.
• For guaranteed late check-out (after 2:00 PM), a half-day charge may apply.
